We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.

While Oia is a pedestrian-friendly village, we provide complimentary valet parking for our guests at our designated parking area near the spa. For those arriving by ferry or plane, we offer airport/port transfers that can be arranged when booking your treatments or accommodation.
